I love pizza. Posh wood-fire oven pizza. With brie and prosciutto. Or smoked salmon and basil. Yummmmmmmmmmm.
And chocolate.
Not coke.
I am just the shape I am, it does not vary much. Will there be a defend why you are little thread too?
Sometimes it just is what it is, through genetics and personal preferences for food and exercise. People can be content either way, certainly no defence required ๐
So long as one is healthy ... That is the main thing. Too much over or under is not good from that perspective.
i just don't like pizza or cola or chocolate really. and i didn't like it when i was plump, so i don't wish to be plump again. I eat a certain amount of kilojoules a day and that's it.

Apricot is delicious.
fruit juice is better for you, but has quite a bit of sugar too, so drink water as well.
people who swap from fizzy to fruit juice sometimes do not know there's sugar there too.

mum has a good brew for water too L*T, if you must add a bit of taste
it's a sugarless cordial you can buy
everytime i'm at her place, this is what i drink and it tastes good (and healthy)
there was a time after a meditation camp where they served vegetarian only i got health conscious there for a while
everytime i got a craving for alcohol i misstook it for the coke... i would drink coke.. instead of spirits and coke to relieve the craving
i think i was more addicted to coke then booze

Apricot nectar is good with sparkling water in a 50/50 mix. Yummo
Apricot nectar is my favourite juice.
