Couple of weeks ago I bought 3 items from non eBay site and paid for them together. The 1st item arrived on its own and is totally different from the photos in listing; different color, different texture of knit, different shape, different buttons.... The tracking number for the 3 items is the same, but it will be easy to prove only one was in the parcel as the weight is on the satchel.
i notified the seller and told them I want to see what the other 2 are like before returning this one, just in the case they are as bad fakes as this one. They told me I have a week to send it back. Can I open "not as described case" for one item an later open separate cases for "not received" or "not as described" for the other 2, after the 1st case is closed??

Not if they were paid on the one invoice and/or has the same tracking number.
The dispute is opened for the entire contents of the parcel, or at least the contents that should be in that parcel because they were paid on the same invoice.

Thanks. That is what I was afraid of. 😞
I will give it another few days and then open PP case for all (if the other two come and are as bad)
