season 13 started tonight!!!!!  and I LOVE STERLING,HE ROCKS!!!

i'll talk more about it,if anyone is interested and watching!!!

or maybe change it to florida pics,since i think i'll be there before i thought i would,lol!

I'm actually pretty good with most seafood, including scallops ( I come from coastal New England, so... ).

I'm alway willing to appropriate a good recipe, though, so post away!

i forgot that! so you know the difference between bay scallops and sea scallops! my momma loved bay scallops,but she wasn't too fond of sea scallops. 

somewhere i have her recipe for scallop gratin,with bay scallops,i'll look at and see if it  might work for sea scallops. that's what you get where you are now,is that correct?

for sea scallops,i used to just sear them to not quite done,and take the pan drippings and make a basil and pistachio pesto.

make a bit of fettucine,toss that and the scallops in the pesto and simmer for maybe 3 minutes,just to finish the scallops.

would that work for you? i know you like to eat healthy.

my goodness gracious! what is WITH the men this season? i feel sorry for francisco and sterling,at this point,they deserve better. 

the girls are doing TOO well,i see a major fall coming soon....kalen is definitely going down soon.

and i want to know what was in coriinne's popper!!

lol,polly,even curtis can cook an egg! i love the man to bits,but cooking is NOT his forte! 

one of his faves is eggs baked into italian bread,and yes,lloyd,he uses my cast iron pan to make them. 🙂

no spinach though,he won't eat it unless i hide it in lasagna,lol!
