I am sure PP would have reported it to appropriate body that deals with international cyber crime.

The thing that worries me is they never said how it was done so people can be more careful.

I get heaps from ANZ saying I need to update my details, they are always in my junk mail and very amateur.

Bank never ask you to do this any way, but some may be taken in.
