People who do not vaccinate will lose $

From January 2016 parents who do not vaccinate their kids will lose up to $15 000 in allowances/concessions, except in cases of medical  and some religious reasons.

There has been no clear link found nor has it been ruled out.

For the record I'm not trying to prove or disprove whether or not vaccines cause autism. You asked this question:

As you claim awareness of the "Vaccination court" perhaps you also know how many people have been compensated during the past 20 years or so because their child developed an autism disorder.  Would you mind sharing that information?

Did you read any of those links? I just skimmed over them to make sure they were coherant. I just typed in autism related compensation, and those were just the top few articles that came up. One article claims 83 cases have been fully compensated.

So this is actually really good. You have those articles, you obviously typed in (I have no idea what you typed in, I'm guessing vaccine no link and autism yeah?) I'm not being a pest btw, I'm just making a point, the links I posted earlier clearly state that there are some cases which have been compensated because the plaintiffs could prove that their child developed autism because of vaccine damage. Italy for one has acknowledged a link... apparently... I didnt know this until searching before.

So really the only thing any of this proves is that no matter what you type into google, you will find something that relates to the key words you typed in...

In 2008 the federal government agreed to award damages to the family of Hannah Poling, a girl who developed autistic-like symptoms after receiving a series of vaccines in a single day.[12] The vaccines given were DTaP, Hib,MMR, varicella, and inactivated polio. Poling was diagnosed months later with encephalopathy (brain disease) caused by a mitochondrial enzyme deficit, a mitochondrial disorder; it is not unusual for children with such deficits to develop neurologic signs between their first and second years.[11] There is little scientific research in the area: no scientific studies show whether childhood vaccines can cause or contribute to mitochondrial disease,[13] and there is no scientific evidence that vaccinations damage the brains of children with mitochondrial disorders.[14] Although many parents view this ruling as confirming that vaccines cause regressive autism, most children with autism do not seem to have mitochondrial disorders, and the case was conceded without proof of causation.[15]

From what I have read it seems that there has only been one case compensated with autism present (with mitochondrial disorder) and others have been compensated due to other injuries.

Autism is not on the compensation table.

Autism Omnibus Proceeding

Beginning around 2001, hundreds and then thousands families began to petition NVICP claiming that their children’s autism resulted from vaccination. (See the article The History of Anti-vaccination Movements, and specifically the section “The Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) Vaccine Controversy” for a discussion of the origin of these claims.) To deal with the volume of these petitions, and to address the assertion that a causal relationship existed between vaccination and autism, the NVICP established a special program in 2002 called the Omnibus Autism Proceeding, housed within the U.S. Court of Federal Claims Office of Special Masters.

The OAP consolidated many of the autism claims into three test cases that rested on different theories of causation. The first test case addressed the issue of whether measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine alone or given along with thimerosal-containing vaccines (TCVs) is a causal factor in development of autism. (Thimerosal is an ethylmercury compound that was a common preservative in some killed vaccines.) The second test case examined TCVs alone. The third test case was to look solely at MMR vaccines, but the case was withdrawn after parties announced that they would rely on the findings of the first test case.

A special master issued the first opinion in the OAP on theory one in 2009. The ruling found, in three test cases consolidated into theory one, that MMR vaccine given alone or with TCVs is not a causal factor in autism. Theory two was decided in 2010, with a finding of no causal relation between TCVs and autism. Appeals by petitioners in the two test cases have been unsuccessful, and autism has not been added to the VIT for any vaccine.

Petitioners remaining in the OAP must submit new evidence or theories of causation of autism by vaccines, abide by the existing rulings as their cases are dismissed by the OAP, or exit the program to pursue other legal options. To date, no other theories of causes have been ruled upon, though petitioners are attempting to advance them.

ok - the italian court ruling:

In June 2012, a local court in Rimini, Italy, ruled that the MMR vaccination had caused autism in a 15-month-old boy. The court relied heavily on the discredited Lancet paper and largely ignored the scientific evidence presented to it. The decision was appealed.[108] On February 13, 2015, the decision was overturned by a Court of Appeals in Bologna.[109]

recently, in a case before the US Court of Federal Claims, the US government conceded vaccines had aggravated a young girl's mitochondrial disorder to the point where she developed autism. As a result, the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program awarded her family an upfront payment of $1.5 million, and an additional ongoing payment of $500,000 per year to cover her care as well as the family's lost earnings, pain and suffering.

On September 23, 2014, an Italian court in Milan awarded compensation to a boy for vaccine-induced autism.

Based on expert medical testimony, the court concluded that the child more likely than not suffered autism and brain damage because of the neurotoxic mercury, aluminum and his particular susceptibility from a genetic mutation. The Court also noted that Infanrix Hexa contained thimerosal, now banned in Italy because of its neurotoxicity, “in concentrations greatly exceeding the maximum recommended levels for infants weighing only a few kilograms.”

Presiding Judge Nicola Di Leo considered another piece of damning evidence: a 1271-page confidential GlaxoSmithKline report . This industry document provided ample evidence of adverse events from the vaccine, including five known cases of autism resulting from the vaccine’s administration during its clinical trials

From the Italy related link I posted, different case I think Julia.

That's not quite a correct conclusion though. The payment was not because of a causal link to autism.
