Petrol at .99 cents in Sydney and damn close to a $1 in Melbourne.
I reckon Melbourne might go sub a dollar within the next few weeks.

For idle:Makes one wonder how they can dupe the public with their manipulation of prices. Better fill up the Statesman.
Some facts - The Americans ramped up their oil production. The Middle East ramped up theirs in return. Result in a glut, hence the lower prices.
I read somewhere that the lower prices are expected to last for several weeks.
If you chose to live in the bush, then you can't expect to get the same petrol prices as large metropolitan areas (e.g. Sydney).

Dont pay the MASSIVE house prices either, so I guess I come out the winner, which suits me just fine ....
