A place to chat about photo's in the competition thread (it will be an ongoing thread) and also where you can post photo's that may not quite fit in with the current weeks theme and also any other photo's you may like to show off.

I loved Band's #30 flower 

The various "stone"  photos are so nice.

LionRose has several and I wondered if he/she collects or sells.   I hope you find one worth a fortune!  🙂

I forget who - not Lion Rose - but the one that looked like the Earth with a crack.   Very interesting.  🙂

I've always loved stone, rock, wood, etc. and the rock walls, buildings, etc. people have made out of the raw materials.

My not Macro enough photo is ancient carved marble.

I think the photos sometimes mean more to the ones who took them than the ones viewing them (at least mine).  There's always a backstory and more that didn't get in the photograph.   Truly gifted photographers are often able to show "more."    I feel lucky to have seen some of those photos the last few weeks I've been viewing here.

I really loved a lot of the flowers, so don't get upset!

I even kudoed the yellow one and I don't especially like yellow. (sorry)

thank you,joono,am and rose! i did recognize the bird of paradise,we used those to decorate a wedding reception once, but couldn't figure out the lavender.

joono,i thought the snail was a great touch! and loved the snailshell closeup from,lion,i think? 

i forget the names when i get lost in the piccies! 

donna, that lion you posted was great!

and flannie,i STILL haven't gotten up the guts to look at the spider that makes your webs,lol!

no he is not in the pic rosie ,i could see him making it while i was having a cuppa yesterday morning,he wasn't very big ,went inside to grab my camera and he as gone !

must have got stage fright !

Donnasks I have lots of rocks and gem stones, I used to collect them and sell some.

I love earthy things, I had to leave a lot in Australia when I come back to New Zealand.

Awesome shot of the spiders web, horrible little critters, but the web's are so intricate and captured beautifully in your shot.
