I know a few of of us have pics on our computers they were taken by spouses or offspring. Someone else mentioned having siblings photos as well. Then there are professional pics that still belong to us e.g. school photos of our kids etc..
It's hard to know where to draw the line. I have pics taken with my camera by my my hubby and I have to stop and think which one of us took it.
I think if we have a direct link to the the pic it should be allowed to be posted, but I'm not sure about voting on it.
I'm going to offer a few options in the next few posts. Give kudos to the one you agree with the most.

Um, thats the end of the options.
All pics that you, or someone in your family who has given you permission to use, are welcome to be posted so we have something to look at.
It's nice to get kudos for a photo you have posted even if it isn't elligible for a Winning position and some of the pics are so lovely and 'shareworthy'.

If a poster uses a tripod for their camera or uses their phone for a selfie shot, then that should be permitted, but it must be stated how the picture was taken.
We use the tripod a lot for videos or photos to send pictures of both of us to family and close friends.

Doesn't that just get confusing though?.. photos that are eligible to win and photos that aren't all in the same thread. People will still vote for the ones that aren't eligible to win so what is the point in doing that?
It is a PHOTO CHALLENGE, which doesn't usually mean using someone elses work.
