The photo was taken at Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Phonm Penh. On our recent holiday we had a bit of money left on our budget so we upgraded to the fourth floor in the original building for the last two nights of our trip, 2 bedrooms, lounge room, 3 bathrooms, view of the twin pools and the floor above where Jacqueline Kennedy stayed in 67 😄 The photo was taken looking down to the lobby.
