question for PH. I wanted to ask this the last time the you posted that pic of your GD with the camera

What post processing did you use in the pic with your grandaughter? I How did you manage to remove the shadow cast from the camera? I can never sem to get it right without blowing out the whole photo?

I'm loving all the black and white pictures of everyone's kids......they all look so sweet.

Oh and stawka, I LOVE your picture of  your bedroom walls. My sisters and I used to do that too....it brought back so many memories. For my fellow Americans....anyone remember Tigerbeat magazine?

Thanks polly.  My mum hated it. Was happy when I wanted the room painted. 

Then threw a fit when I wanted lime green and orange with purple accents.  Hahaha

BTW I'm not much of a stawka,  lol,  It's taken me all this time

to notice that the posts I give a kudos to,  have a tick, not a cross.

It's a lovely photo. I don't think I've seen this one before

How did you get that fuzzy effect around her PH? what lens and aperture did you use. I've been trying to get pictures like that, even bought a new flash lens to try, but my depth of field is always too small.

edit flash lens = fancyschmancy lens, not a lens with a flash

Hasn't the moon been fabulous the last couple of nights chuk? It was big, fat adn yellow as it rose.....just how I like it !

It was another super moon soul. I love them. There is also a meteor shower this week and a couple planets are visible. Just need no cloud, to take advantage

chuk, talk about a bigger lens.   My daughter attaches her canon camera

to a bluddy big telescope.   The moon and planets look beautiful.

I would love that stawka. Jupiter is visible this week, but to see the rings you need a telescope, she would have a ball with the night sky this week

what a great idea stawlka, never thought about it. I have binoculars chuk...will they wrok?
