Never seen a Malibu '65 before. I'm not "into" cars.
Here's a closeup of my orignal one...........
As far as music goes.......about anything from the 60's suits me..........

While I appreciate the style of the "muscle" cars, I prefer the look of the classic cars from the 50s. Two of my faves are the 1950 Ford Tudor convertible and the 1957 Ford T-Bird.
Love the carnival pics - will need to order that remote shutter before any attempt at time lapse photography. That is something I'd like to try, though.
I ran across this fella's photography work. I really like his underwater photos (with models) taken in a sunken shipwreck:

You don't really need a remote release. (They're nice, especially if you really like long exposure/night photography, but not necessary.) The first and third images were hand held. All the others were three second exposures using the self timer. For the sixth image I zoomed the lens while the shutter was open. With a fixed focal lenth it looks like this.
It's just a Ferris wheel until you add some exposure time..
If you want to try some simple long exposures with minimum fuss and effort just pick a nearby street with cars going by. Set the camera to manual mode, manual focus, use low ISO (80-100), medium aperature (f8-f11), adjust the exposure length (start about 5-10 seconds) to your taste and use the self timer.
