Do you shoot your noisy miners?

I want one of those guns that shoot hundreds of little pellets.

That would teach the neighbour cat as well to come into our garden and hunt native animals.

My brother shot me in the leg with a slug gun when I was about 8.

I can still remember him saying "stand still, it won't hurt" 

and he wonders why I don't send him xmas cards

Regardless of where you live, if you discharge a firearm in an inhabited area you are breaking the law. If it is unlicensed you take the risk of being heavy penalised.

And yes an air activated device is a firearm that has to be licensed for the purpose that you using it for, just like any other firearm.

Sheesh Pods aren't you familiar with rural area's.  Did it occur to you that the people here you are taking aim at no pun intended by your posts with regards to firearms legislation may in fact live in rural area's and have the appropriate licences to do what they are doing.

Seriously, my grandfather used to have one to cull Roo's on his property.

edit: that is a permit he had to cull he was permitted to do so, back in the day.

lol Neddy did you get him back?

We used to sit on the Verandah at my grand parents place and use the slug gun to shoot cans off the fence posts, we had to stop if a car was travelling along the road out the front.

Not in the slightest, I am just attempting to make people aware of their legal obligations so that they can avoid prosecution. I fail to see how that can be misconstrued as a threat

I used to use a slug gun to euthanase cane toads when I was a kid. One shot to the back of the head.

All my mates had cane toad spears.

I knew a young lady many years ago who was (I think) hiding behind the letterbox and popped her head up just as her brother took aim at the letter box with his slug gun.

She has one glass eye now.
