Plibervola Outbreak :)

Got a good laugh out of this one, he sure nailed her. Smiley LOL Poor Bill had to try to cobble up some kind of response that didn't make him look like the empty showbag his comrades know he is.

Rowan Deans nails the posturing of  Plibersek:

Authorities within the Australian Labor Party were scrambling this week to try to contain an outbreak of the deadly Pliberbola virus, with frantic calls for the exposed leadership of Bill Shorten to be immediately quarantined…

The Pliberbola crisis came after Mr Shorten recklessly wandered into the national security debate with no protection against the extreme risk of being infected by a deadly dose of bipartisanship, caused by getting too close to Tony Abbott.

“Pliberbola is the most virulent strain of undergraduate socialism the world has ever seen,” said a spokesman for Mr Shorten…

The virus is believed to have mutated in the 1970s in the Democratic Republic of Marrickville in a freakish contact between batty undergraduates and hard-core Marxist union enforcers, or apes, which in turn infected the gibbering idealists of the Greens.

How the virus crossed the species barrier to infect normal, sane, rational human beings is not known, although the first identifiable case has long been rumoured to be a large man with a booming voice known only as Gough.

Laughing at others is the point I got from your opening post, so I am going with that. 🙂

Re: Plibervola Outbreak :)

what always gives me a bit of a laugh is that in all his bios/profiles he says

He runs Australia's most-read political blog

however, he only has 6,000 odd followers on twitter Most journos have many more followers than that.

(except those from newscorp)

though rupert has quite a few followers who like to respond to his tweets, very amusing it is too

It's a beautiful day in Brisbane.  Must be miserable weather elsewhere.  Can't think of any other reason to be so unhappy.

Re: Plibervola Outbreak :)

If Labor MP's are hilariuously funny to you and you make posts about them you have to accept that others find the PM's behaviours funny as well.

I rememberr you found plenty to post about Ms Gillard when she was PM, none of it complementary.. Oh wait.. You still do that...and she was two PM's go.

Abbott is fair game, same as the rest of the pollies.

Are you the arbiter of the posting rules of CS. The name of the author was included but keep it if it makes you feel important.
