I wouldn't panic just yet, Bright.
They're sending them out up until the 25th September.
If you don't get one, you an ask for one to be sent - final date is Oct 20th

The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) said it would work with any residents whose surveys were damaged.
"Anyone who has damaged or spoilt materials can order replacements straight away via our website or by calling the information line," a spokesman said in a statement.
The ABS said anybody who has not received a postal survey form by September 25 should contact it, in order to arrange a replacement.

Not received here either. I guess they flooded the post a bit at a time.

SSM: I've sent back my same-sex marriage survey form. Now what?

you have to remember this is NOT a vote nor is it BINDING.
its just a survey, the govt has no obligation to follow up with a vote in parliment if the the YES has the most numbers.
however the govt has said if there are more NO's than Yes's they will definately not call for a vote in parliment.

Technically it IS a vote which broadly means to express an opinion , but it is not binding, and i think most ppl realize this but I think it's a waste of money. Even so, i still wd like to vote.

Just heard on radio that somebody found in their backyard whole stack of the papers obviously thrown over the fence. This is just a farce, very expensive farce. 😞

Technically, a vote is binding.
This is nothing more than a non-binding, very expensive, poorly excuted, even more poorly managed SURVEY.
