Prawn question pls?

Ok so the kids talked me into making fried rice with prawns no less...

So i got prawns from the deli at the supermarket and cooked em and put em with the rice.

2 outta 4 decided they didnt want any (LMAO)  so me, baby boomber and one son munched on - not bad LOL'

My questions is tho - how long do prawns last in fried rice once cooked and put in fridge??

I dont wanna make anyone sick!!

Why?  I reheat all the time.

Lobs, you can re-heat but make sure you dont leave it out too long before you put it in the fridge after you first cook it.

Also, re-heat it only once so just take only what you need for re-heating and make sure its heated through thoroughly.

I didn't say you can't or you shouldn't reheat it.  I don't because reheating cooked rice can be dodgy if it hasn't been stored quickly enough.

If you are going to reheat rice than make sure it is piping hot.

My son never reheats his fried rice.... he is fine...

I'd reheat it all the next day but after that it would lose its appeal for me.
Fried rice without the prawns a day or two longer.
