They probably constructed it to coax passing spacecraft into landing there - like the Nazca Lines or the Cargo Cult airstrips with the false planes

And sorry about snapping at you....it was the second thing I looked at that day that I had to search for the info....kind of like doing homework.

The woman in the pic looks like a statue of a woman kneeling on a rock pointing, the man I can't see what it is, and the kid looks like a rock.

There's a show that coming on this week that claims to have proof of aliens....I'll post the name of it when I see it advertised again.

Edit: When I read southwest corner....My first thought, "how the heck do I know which way is west...it's Mars!". 🙂

okay, so if there is humanoid type life forms on mars

What do they eat?

Where do they live?

How do they protect themselves from the climate (which varies from bloody cold to bleeping cold)

Where are their footprints, piles of poop etc

Why aren't they approaching the earth vehicle, or running like hell from it. Nonchalantly sitting on a rock while some machine from another plant buzzes around is a bit odd isn't it

It looks as if it was creeping up on  the man - maybe the humanoid  population of Mars has decreased by 1/3 since that photo was taken.
