It makes a difference if Hungry Jacks has been misrepresented. They say they have never been halal certified.
From where did your statement come that they had never been certified? From Hungry Jacks
Me, I don't know................ I guess we have to believe them, don't we?
My eyes, my eyes, ***blinks - takes a gulp of coffee*** Are you saying they lied?
The sign is wrong, they do sell halal items.
What sign is wrong? The sign in the pic, some items are halal without certification.

you do realise lots of halal certified products do not put the certification label on their products.
Heavens! Do you mean that all the anti-halal people might be eating and drinking forbidden food? What will happen to them?
People will be falling down in the streets. How is the coroner to determine the COD?

No white milk (with no additives) listed there.

Shock. Due to the increased pricing of halal certification requirements.

Hungry Jack's itself has been unable to verify whether the franchise was issued with a genuine certificate.
If the certificate was real it is unclear how the franchise was verified as halal when Hungry Jack's has said it can not offer certified halal food.
When contacted by The Age, the Tullamarine franchisee, who said he had owned the store for almost five years, denied he had ever displayed or sought a halal certificate, despite the photograph.
He said he had been receiving "pressure' from head office and he had no idea how the controversy had started.
"Somebody started something," he said
Either the Franchisee was lying or someone else manufactured it.

That may well change over the next 20 years.
Which version of Christian would that be?
When I was young Church of England was the dominant religion. Catholics and Protestants were encouraged to no mix with each other.
Many a young person had their hearts broken because the families would not allow inter religion marriages.
Protestant Church of England (now Anglican) is Christian. Catholics are Christian. I'm sorry for the young hearts broken.
Pls try to stay on topic, which is "Proof of halal scam".

Nothing to do with halal certification.Well it kind of is isn't it?
Big retailers who can afford halal accreditition and whatever else they need to garner the custom of large groups of ppl ,and have the financial backup to be able to withstand public pressure will gradually edge out the smaller operators who actually listen to their customers.
For the spelling police: that was meant to be "public pressure" .
you missed Austria
She meant to say Austraya
Actually, I meant to say Australia, Polks, thank you.

Obviously if the food is not halal certified then the producer has not had to pay a fee for accreditation. In which case there's no point of discussion.
This discussion is about halal certification scam.
