did you happen to watch the 7.30 report last night.? They interviewed the Fleurieu milk company person. I felt a bit ashamed for what they went through
he said there was an organized 'hate' campaign of 100,000 people making threats etc. etc, so they decided it wasn't worth it
some of the FB groups were shown and some of the conversations
they also showed a bit of the film from that Q group
they also had the Byron Bay Cookie Company on, who said that they won't bow to threats as it would destroy their export market & that people wouldl lose jobs

I watched that but I was confused as to why they gave in, knowing that what was happening was against the law? It certainly gave a different view than was portayed in the media.

i didn't say i was boycotting halal certified products. i have always
bought leggo's. i was simply pointing out to martini that i was surprised
she couldn't find any halal certified products at woolworths. ok?

Az I don't know much about the milk company, I'd never heard of them before Are they a fledgling company,? are they small?
I don't know why they in particular were picked on. but no-one should have to put up with threats like that
I hope all the boycotters who forced them to back away from their export deal are supporting them by buying all their products
