Proud new mums

I love how proud pregnant young women are these days. I saw a new mum on the beach today big and proud in her bikini.
I'm so glad they don't get around in those tents I felt compelled to wear when I was expecting my babies in the '80s. It was almost like we were expected to be embarrassed about our shape.
Good on them I reckon.

hmmm.... I think it's good to be proud but exhibitionism is probably more than most people like to see?

My 13 yo niece had short shorts and a half top on today. My 5 and 6 yo grandson's were mouth agape at her "Chloe, your shirt is very small, I can see your belly button"

5yo adjusted his mum's shoulder straps "mummy, I am just fixing your booby holder straps. "

Oh don't get me wrong. I really dislike "sexualisation" of young girls clothing.

But I do love a big baby belly being on show 🙂

Yes, good on them (the mums to be in bikinis). In a hot climate as it is here, it would be terrible if they felt the need to wear tent dresses and keep away from the beach.

People bringing more people into an already over-populated world is nothing to be proud of.

Children add something to the world just by being themselves.

They add increased consumption of finite resources and in doing so, they add to the pollution load of this already struggling and strangling planet.

Exactly, no one in the world should have anymore children. When those who are alive now, die off, that will be the end of the human race.
