Assuming everyone shaves, it would be a paradox or it could be answered two ways.
1. Someone who does not shave, shaves the barber
2. The barber does not shave. Anyone care to refute that?
It is the barbers job to shave those who cannot shave themselves.......he is the only barber....

yes...referred to as "himself"...so went with male impersonator as an alternative
but hmmmm
OK you repeated almost everything except TOWN
so he goes for a drive to the park outside and shaves there..and is a man

OK
when he shaves himself, he is a man who shaves himself, so not the barber at that point?
so he does shave himself, but after closing?

Regardless of the logic, the town has a clean shaven barber 🙂

I will wager there are some "cupboard bearded ones" who are determined to escape the clutches of that maniacal town barber.

Yeah - I'm screwed
unless....
He doesn't shave himself coz he doesn't have a mirror - there - that's it - no mirror - can't see what he is doing.
