Why are posters allowed to use the Tags option to post Malicious comments to other posters?

Why is a poster allowed to try to sneakily post Aboriginal words to tag other posters as things such as wino, crazy, and boring?

Why can tags such as 'Lyin' allowed to be attached to a posters post?

And there are others

Surely malicious bullying tags are interpersonal attacks, hate talk, and contravene Community Values..etc

Why are posters allowed to use and abuse theTags system to attack others?

So there is really no point in turning the tag button off, justs stops you seeing the tags in peoples posts. Have put mine back on.
