Why are posters allowed to use the Tags option to post Malicious comments to other posters?

Why is a poster allowed to try to sneakily post Aboriginal words to tag other posters as things such as wino, crazy, and boring?

Why can tags such as 'Lyin' allowed to be attached to a posters post?

And there are others

Surely malicious bullying tags are interpersonal attacks, hate talk, and contravene Community Values..etc

Why are posters allowed to use and abuse theTags system to attack others?

absolutely the tags are fun, but like everything that should be fun some use it for evil instead of good.

i am only asking for the ones left especially to antagonise to be looked at, not the funny ones.
