With borders closed - few flights - no ships - how do you relocate a 100 year old to warmer climes.

He had mobility issues even when doing his 100 laps - when was he healthier. ?????

He couldn't receive the vaccine as he had pneumonia. And any measures to protect him would probaby have necessitated isolating him from all his family and friends. Maybe he didn't want that.

The point I was making is that he should not have caught pneuonia or covid in the first place - even if meant relocating to mild climate and covid free Australia for the duration at a time when he was healthy

At 100 years of age, every day is a precious and unlikely bonus What on earth makes you think he would have wanted to be 'relocated' and spend, even one of those precious days in a strange place, away from everything that was familiar to him?

lLfe is like baby formula. It can be cheap and plastic or you can enjoy it locally produced and organic - just make sure you pay international postage!

I'm not sure a 100yr old would want to be uprooted from all he knows and shunted off to Australia to see out his days
