Saw nuts in shells in coles but they were mostly almonds, hazelnuts some walnuts and very few pecan nuts, NO brazil nuts.

Bought nuts in shells in woolies today because they had brazil nuts in them too and weren't just all almonds and hazelnuts.

I remember reading somewhere that they are rich in nutrients and vitamins especially selenium.

I also bought the walnuts in shells from Woolies because they were so good last year and very fresh.

how strange....i especially looked out for brazil nuts cos i like them. not ONE in the net in our coles.

Love Brazil nuts too.  They taste so much better when they come in the shell as do all nuts.

I also like cooking Chesnuts in season.
