I'm devastated.

Met him years ago when I was about 15. He was lovely and so handsome. Couldn't believe it when I heard the news. Have a nice photo we took,  I will see if I can find it but not sure if I will post it, too sad.

For me he was the main personality of the band. So sad to die so young.

In 1980 I was with a band and we were the support act for Mental as Anything at Melbourne Uni.

I was given his old Harmonica as it had become too dinted from being on the road.

Always thought he was a very nice and intellectual guy.

He was due to play at the Spotted Mallard this weekend.

Always sad when it's unexpected and too young, he will be missed by so many.

Sad news. "Too many Times" was a great catchy song too. 

RIP and respect to the A-man and composer of that insanely catchy song.
