Can we post the IDs of people that we know are lurking/reading but not posting at all?

I think it best they decide for themselves.

Some may not want to, so if a member messages you and asks to be put on the list, that's fine.

Who are they? If you tell us we can delete them. Or are you just doing a community half service. That is pointing it out without actually saying who. If so then why point it out at all?

I was answering tippy's question.

In other words let each member decide for themselves if they want to go on the roll call rather than posters just putting other members on without their permission. 

All the members on the list have either put their ID on themselves or asked others to do so because they cannot or don't know how to copy n paste.

sorry guys, but the OCD me couldn't cope with the growing list not being in alphabetical order, so I sorted it according to first character of IDs.

Now, off to wash my hands (three times), count the number of cans of baked beans in my pantry, and open and close the front door 5 times.
