I used to cook rice properly, now I just buy sunrice in the microwavable packets. Costs more but less hassle and no chance of a boilover. Cooks perfectly.

Yes, my husband has learned to never try to crush a big coffee tin (nescafe catering size) with his foot.

It wrapped around his shoe and he ended up walking around with a coffee tin. Well, needless to say we all pointed, mocked and laughed. As you do! Still makes me giggle ๐Ÿ˜„

I hate it when you're dreaming inside a dream. Then you wake up in your dream and think, thank goodness that was only a dream. Then when you wake up for real, you're not sure if you have woken up for real or whether you're still dreaming.

Another incident I had was years and years ago (early 80's). I was doing cooking classes at school and each week after we'd cooked something, I'd cook it that night for tea. This day we had made cannelloni. Mum went and bought all the ingredients I needed to make it, including a packet of frozen spinach.

I set to work and made these beauties. Some how, and I'm not sure how, the tiny specks of spinach that were the frozen ones, ended up everywhere, including on the ceiling. Still to this day I have no idea how it got where it did. I moved out of home the day after I left school and mum moved house about 12 months later. She said that when she was cleaning the house before leaving, she was still picking bits of spinach of the walls and ceiling.

She still talks about that today.

Now I have to thank Stawks for unbreaking the internet. I had no internet since Friday night due to my landline going completely dead. I ended up using my phone as a hotspot so I could still use my computer. I rang Tel$tra this morning and they said it would be fixed by 7pm Tues 31st. Not bad I thought. Obviously Stawks had other ideas because I got a text message just before 5 today saying it was fixed!

So, thanks Stawks! Next time my internet breaks, I know just to contact you instead of Tel$tra!

Interesting.

After being on hold for 35 mins on Friday made a complaint to the internet provider, re the difference between our plan and the the promised speed speed of our internet (slower than what we are paying for) then landline dead all weekend..

..but there would be no coincidence..grrr damn that backhaul..connect better? talk about a dream..pffft
