I wonder what my buyer in Texas USA will think when she gets her parcel - a pair of Bendigo S&P shakers in bubble wrap inside a recycled Metamucil box, wrapped again in more bubble wrap, bolstered with styrofoam peanuts, all inside a cut down printer cartridge box. All under 500 grams.
I hope it amuses her as much as it amused me while I was packing it all up.

Not sure about the Metamucil box, Icy.
Give me plain packaging any day.
As your buyer I would think it tacky.meh...so what?
As long as she gets her item in good order and in good condition, that 's the main thing.
dont they recycle in Texas?
if not, perhaps this encourage the receiver.
personally, i would be pleased to see.

I use recycled boxes and padding for items sold on eBay, no extra charge of course. No complaints, would have to be pretty nit-picky to complain about free boxes and packaging.. only charged for actual postage.

Free post and package, now that shows the seller has moral fibre 🙂

no FB left from the buyer icy?
i wonder what a buyer thought of their purchase, it was an old coke yo yo box from the early 70s in bad shape for $159 + post
i placed a box inside the box for support then bubble wrapped it then placed it inside another box for protection then placed inside a c&s satchel

Always better to overpack than have the customer complain, joz.
I hate having to refund.
