that sounds good Deb...I could do with a Nanna nap right now but will have to put sleep on hold til bedtime .I don't usually sleep well during the day anyway ...not even when I worked nightshifts

Bangers and Mash for tea tonight......................I burnt the sausages..............the gravy was lumpy..........and not enough onion..........................yep..........sounds like a normal tea cooked by me............

Thank goodness Saturdays are fish and chips night.

Karen.............I tried an experiment with zucchini............I grated one and put it in a zip lock bag and froze it.........I used it in stew I made and it tasted great................I think it would go fine in quiche too.

I don't know why I've been so tired Flashie, anyway, I think I've just about caught up now 🙂

I used to make a really nice zucchini slice, I think it had zucchini,onion eggs and cheese, but I haven't made it in years & I've pretty much forgotten it.

Zucchini's great, you can put it in nearly everything
