Flashie, sometimes life just dictates diet 🙂
In this day of the mighty dollar ruling everything, it seems that customer service and paying a proper wage to hire people who are suitable for the job, has flown out the window.
Our Foxtel stopped working yesterday.An initial call to the provider resulted in a recorded message that service was down but would be fixed by 5pm.
8pm and still nothing so OH phoned again. After about 20 minutes of press 1, press 3 etc. he got a human who after 20 minutes ran out of ideas of why it was not working and instead of referring to a higher authority, suggested we just continue to wait. OH eventually said, "No offence but you don't know what is wrong or how to fix it do you"....the reply "No, I don't but just keep waiting and it might come back on". How's that for service. Note: still nothing this morning.
