Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

How good was that? 300 AFL games and his 600th goal tonight.  Woohoo!

Standing ovation in our house tonight for Matthew Pavlich.

Nics, we love Geelong in this house too.  It's always a great game.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Morning everyone.

Deb, a sad week for you.  Funerals seem so sad and yet they can actually be quite cathartic.  You go along and just enjoy the times spent together and the life of your dear friend.

Enjoy your day everyone.  Nics, I hope they are looking after you 🙂

Good morning Stringers Smiley Happy

A difficult week ahead for you Deb but I hope you are enjoying your long lunch today.

Nothing much to report here today - another lazy day but I am not complaining.  It is taking me a while to catch up with the past few weeks lol.

Management by meeting tomorrow so I do have some work to do behind the scenes so I had better get to it.

Prim - I hope you enjoyed your evening in the big smoke last night.

Catch up later folks

Re: Round Table Revisited

Hi folks. I had to laugh at your lounge saga, Flashie. We had a similar problem getting a  big sofa bed out of our lounge room recently. It had been carried in originally by two big strong delivery blokes from the place where we bought it, but Mr Elephant and I are neither big nor strong and couldn't manhandle it through the doorway - in the end we had to dismantle the sliding door onto the deck and drag it out through there. We were selling it and it was picked up by two big, strong blokes whoadded insult to injury by lifting it with ease, carrying it round to the driveway and hefting onto the back of their ute without even raising a sweat. We should have left it in situ for them, but our new one was due to be delivered before they were able to collect the old one.

Deb, our thoughts will be with you at the funeral.Heart

Re: Round Table Revisited

Deb.........I hope your funerals are a wonderful celebration of the lives you are farewelling.

Our house if finally back together.

I spent the day doing silly stuff.....I decided the lace curtain in the lounge would look better in the bedroom.....and the bedroom one in the lounge.

Of course that meant I had to wash the curtains........which meant I had to wash the blinds..............and so it went on.

I will show you a picture of the new lounge in a few days when I get my internet back.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning Stringsters

A sad week for you Deb. Hang in there.

I have late starts this week so I am feeling a bit lost without the mad rush to get out the door early. I guess I will get used to it in time to have to go back to normal.

Have a good day everyone.
