Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

My mum used to mash carrots sometimes instead of potatoes.  I haven't done that for ages.  She used to mash them with boiled onion and butter but that might be a bit of a pommie thing.

A lot of people do them with butter and honey.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning Stringsters. We must all have had a sleep-in this morning 🙂

I haven't read many amusing things lately but I had quite a chuckle at a post this morning. I do wish CS could get back to a little more 'funny'.

Terrible events in the US of another shooting by a young man with too easy access to guns. When will they change their constitution so this will stop!

The only mash I like is mashed potatoes with a bit if butter and milk. Not fussed about other mashes.

A slightly cloudy day here but still not cold, thank goodness.

Have a good day everyone

Good morning Stringers Smiley Happy

...... and I thought I slept in - you slackers you lol

I concur with you regarding yet another horrifying event in the US Prim.  Their argument that guns don't kill people - people do - is a total cop-out imo.

More rain for us here ..... don't have any particular plans today ...... it has been a hectic week one way and another so a self indulgent day of nothingness sounds quite appealling.
