Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

Morning all. I'm feeling decidedly blerrrk this morning - pretty sure it's a unrinary tract infection. I was supposed to see the doctor at 8.30 but he was called away to deliver a baby so I've been rescheduled for 11.50. I hope they can fix it quickly,  I've got that big dinner in Perth coming up on Friday.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good evening Stringsters

I survived the day...pretended I didn't notice some things and didn't care about others...it helped LOL

SheEle, I hope you got some relief. I am told Cranberry Capsules are brilliant. Drink lots of water too.

I am going to settle in and watch the State of Origin. We don't usually watch it but thought it might bring some light relief to the midweek drudge.

Have a good night everyone.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Thanks Prim and Deb. The doctor has started me on an antibiotic and we're waiting on test results to see if I need anything more specific, but I'm feeling much better - or more comfortble at least - this evening.  I have been taking Ural powders which have helped a lot and Mr Elephant reminded me this afternoon that he has some Cranberry capsules so I might try them if necessary..

I haven't had this problem for ages - years in fact - and I'm always straight onto it if I even suspect something might be wrong. The first time it ever happened I was a teenager in a convent boarding school and too embarrassed to tell anyone about it, so I suffered in agony for weeks before I finally couldn't cope any longer. My GP saysUTIs should always be taken very seriously and  I was  lucky on tht accasion that I didn't end up in hospital with nephritis.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning Stringsters

Deb, only one half of our family are happy about a blue's win ๐Ÿ™‚ But I can cope with that ..

SheEle, take the cranberry anyway, it will fix it faster, trust me. It is my first port of call, not my last.

Running late so a short post this morning

Have a good day everyone

Re: Round Table Revisited

Morning everyone.

Deb, I need some of your retail therapy.  I've just got to figure out what it is that I can't live without today.  Then I'll go shopping.
