Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

It this part of a series of separate routines or does it form part of your regular circuits?

Re: Round Table Revisited

It's just a challenge this month.  Usually a plank exercise is just for 30 seconds in the circuit if you want to try it. Very much your own choice as we have all kinds of members with different problems and women even into their 70's and 80's but they usually go to an earlier class than mine.

Re: Round Table Revisited

30 seconds is a bit different hey!

As long as you are disciplined enough to stop if you feel any negative effects lol

You are good though with your commitment to it Smiley Happy

Anyway, that is my lot for the night j*oono - brace yourself for those winds tomorrow ..... might see you down my way if not Smiley LOL

Goodnight

Re: Round Table Revisited

Nite Laney.  Only 30k winds but easterlies bring hayfever and irritability.  Luckily it is sprinkler night tomorrow night which is great because the lawnmower man comes in the morning.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning Stringsters

Congratulations Flashie

Laney, of course as you would already suspect, my favourite subject at school, and one I did well at was.........Geography ๐Ÿ™‚  (by the way I forgot to ask, what are you doing with my lounge suite :))

I sat for many minutes staring at your photo and wondering how that formatioin came about. I remembered about 'folding' but could not remember what would fold as that did and then stay formed long enough to be part of the rock.

Off to work for me

Have a great day everyone.

Re: Round Table Revisited

I bet the lady across the road from us regrets her decision to leave her cat a bowl of dry food on the front door step.

If the amount of birds eating the dry food equals the amount of bird poop left she is going to be very unhappy............there must be 30-40 birds there.

Mind you............I doubt her cat is going to be impressed either..............Cat LOL

We have the birthday hat out again today..........second last birthday for the year.

It is really windy here today............so cold I even had to put the heater on while the grand children were here.

Looks like I have a bit babysitting day on Thursday......our teachers are on strike.

Our youngest grandson is unhappy about it...........it means he misses out on his last orientation day for kindergarten.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Morning everyone.  Happy birthday to your daughter Flashie.

Your grandson is really keen isn't he.  I hope they fit another day in for the little ones.

I slept in and the lawn mower man woke me up today.  I had to race out there in my jammies to leave his money on the table.  I hope he wasn't grumpy about how messy the birds are leaving the lawn.  They are still having their turf war in the gum tree and they are shredding it of bark and twigs and throwing it everywhere.  I tried to clean up on Sunday but it was still a mess and the lawn mower man hates honky nuts.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning Stringers ..... well it was STILL morning here when I started Smiley Happy

A beautiful day it is too!  Wait for a couple of days t'othersiders and we will share it with you.

j*oono those honky nuts make wonderful Christmas decorations ..... being the clever person you are you could go into business making them.  Decoupage in Christmas colours and then lacquered and a little hanging thing attached ..... they look wonderful on Christmas trees.  I used to go  Smiley Surprised when I saw the prices they were getting back east!

Not at all surprised by what you said Prim (dammit, I thought you would not miss your lounge either) Smiley Very Happy

That effect in the mortar between the rocks is the result of wind and water erosion and is known as liesegang-band weathering - it is quite beautiful I think.

Happy birthday to yours Flashie - look forward to pics of the birthday hat outing lol

Deb - no planking for you please!

Hope those bound for a voyage on the high seas have a wonderful and therapeutic trip - you know who they are Smiley Very Happy
