Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited.in record

Well I am officially ready for Christmas...............well except for the food.

I even remebered to buy batteries for the grandchildren...........(which I usually forget)

Hubby has a cold...............it is his first one for the year..........which is amazing............normally if a germ rides past our house on a bus he catches it...............hopefully it is only a short/small one.....(is there even such a thing?)

Re: Round Table Revisited.in record

Morning everyone.

Your house always looks fantastic at Christmas Flashie.  I haven't got the tree out yet and thought I would wait until 12 days before Christmas and take it down 12 days after.  Now I think perhaps I should get started as it might put me more in the Christmas mood.

If only I could get started on the Christmas shopping!

Good morning Stringsters

Post and run today as I have to attend a big meeting on the other side of town and given Sydney's traffic jams, I probably should have left already.

Have a great day everyone.

Re: Round Table Revisited.in record

Hi everyone.  Another day of shopping and now I am feeling so much better about Christmas.  I've got most of my prezzies just in two days and now it is just odds and ends to complete the package.

I really might get on to that tree now because I am feeling more 'festive' ๐Ÿ˜„

I spoke to my mother in law about what she wants for Christmas and she really insists that she wants nothing and her presents this year will be money towards wheel chairs for stroke victims or a goat so I might do a Kiva loan for her and just a little box of choccies or something.  I'll have to check Kiva out and see if they do little gift acknowledgements that you can print for people.

I hope you are all getting into the spirit too!  Not you Flashie, goes without saying ๐Ÿ˜„

When I get the tree up later this week, I'll start wrapping presents to see what I still have to get. I hope I can find everything I bought through the year lol

Re: Round Table Revisited.in record

I still have to learn how to do that.  I leave everything until the last few weeks.

Tonight I did a bit of sewing.  My dads wife Maggie made me a quilted Christmas wall hanging with a few baubles on it years ago and said I could add some more if I wanted to.  It's really a bit different and I hang it up every year.

I did that tonight.  I've collected the champagne glass hangings that my niece hands out each year.  They make the perfect tree decorations for it.  I'll chuck a photo on the today challenge.
