Ideally I would like to Deb but the ex is not that keen.  I do like it around here but I would like something smaller and easier to look after.  Most places in my area are big properties.

I'm in the middle of making sausage rolls here, with lots of grated carrot in them. I hope they last more than one night

I just finished making protein bliss balls.  Easy peasy.  Made with dates and cashews.

Deb...........I have got to make a double batch for Sunday.....................birthday picnic for our eldest grand daughter.

I will have to get up early and make them on Sunday............experience tell me if I make them any earlier then they wont last.

Hubby went to the Doctors today to discuss him giving up smoking..............they gave him a script for Champix............................it is suppose to reduce the desire to smoke...................but he is only allowed to take half the dose because of his health...............................fingers crossed that this will work.

I have been stocking up on sugar free lollies and chewing gum in preparation for him.

Joono..............I would hate the thought of having to pack and move...........we have been here nearly 30 years.........................it would take forever.....................no thanks.

Over the last few years we have been trying to make the gardens maintenance free by putting in lots of easy care plants and rocks.....................and raised beds for the veggie garden.

that murder was a bit too close to home for me Nic.. I hadn't said anything and it's a long story, but I lost my daughter in that park once when she was about 15. She went to a friends place after school and when I rang her mobile, someone else answered it and said they they found  the phone in the park. Frightened the daylights out of me.

that man was an evil nutter with a long criminal history by the looks of it.. there is something wrong with the system for mentally ill people that are prone to violence. I thought he must be local, because the walking track is very obscure, really only known to locals
