I want our bedroom painted..............but hubby keeps putting it off.............if he does not get around to it soon I might have a go myself................(that should  get hubby moving............)

It is our eldest grand daughters birthday today..................and she is sick......................poor thing.

She had few friends stay over last night............and they have been teasing her (in a joking way) about "chucking a party"

Hubby has been a bit unwell too.................but they found that since he has lost weight that one of his medications is too strong for him now..............so he is on the mend............(thank goodness)

I hope Prim and Laney are doing OK................I miss their posts.

Deb............I feel each year is going so quick.............I was thinking this morning that it does not seem that long ago we became grand parents for the first time..............and now she is off to High School next year................

Morning everyone.  Flashie, I can't believe your granddaughter is off to highschool soon.  Tempus fugit.

It's good that your husband was able to reduce his medication.  He must be getting really fit now.  

I'm just putting another couple of rooms back together today and cleaning as I go.  This house painting has also caused a major spring clean at the wrong end of the year.  Light fittings, windows furniture dusting etc.

I might send Laney a message.  I know she gets very busy but it's been a while.  Hopefully everything is fine.

I think I have done enough today.  It's like moving house without actually going anywhere.

For my older son's room, all the stuff that came out of there doesn't seem to want to go back in.  Like you said Flashie.  Why is it that when they clean out their room it all ends up in the washing basket.

Have you seen those new tortilla shells that are like little boats?  My Coles is stocking them now and that's what I'm doing tonight.  Normal tacos are so messy to make but these look easy.

Nice to see you back Prim

Had a lovely day with my friend who likes four wheel driving..something that I have never done before but I enjoyed it.. stopping in Toolangi(sp?)for lunch and ending up In Yea we did lots of "track" drives and some walking which I coped with okay.Mondays are rehab and then in the arvo I go and watch Maya at her swimming class.
