Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

The men in the Flashie family are off to the football tomorrow...............they asked me if I wanted to go...............but I told them I had a prior arrangement to watch paint dry.

I am not even sure who is playing........................and don't care.

Apollo's test results showed he is border line diabetic...........and does not drink enough............so for now it is just wait and see.......................if he has another fit to take him back and they will investigate further................he seems fine now...............so who knows.

I am over this windy weather..............and we have another week of it.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning Stringers ...... and it is for a variety of reasons Smiley Happy

Congratulations Nics on your Cats win and not only cos it was good to see the Pies get smashed (sorry jonnjenn if you are reading).

Keep out of the cold Nics - not good for a gal like you.  Sounds like 'other' things are going well for you Smiley Wink

Perfect day today j*oono and more of those buttery sunny days to come before the white sun kicks in.  Sounds like your decision to go shopping was the right one too - great buy!

Flashie things look really chilly in your part of the world brrrrrr.  I wouldn't be going to the footy in that weather either .... you made a good choice.

Heritage Festival started in Freo last night.  We went to the keynote address which was well attended and very interesting.  It was also a very pleasant evening for sipping on some lovely WA white and yummy nibbles as the sun went down.  This certainly is the place to be and there are lots of activities in the old town this week.

Spoiler
Looking forward to the match tonight - can we make it 6 out of 6?     You bet we can!  j*oono Pav is playing tonight Smiley Very Happy

Re: Round Table Revisited

Hi Laney.  Good! I hope he's not playing too soon though.  I've been doing a good sports commentary while you were absent 😄  You can take over now lol.

Smiley LOL j*oono Smiley LOL

Some might say I am a bit 'one-eyed' though.  I am just making up for the biased reporting from the eastern states (read the Victorian ones) - they hate the thought of a WA team being at the top of the ladder .... even though it is early days Smiley Frustrated

You have been doing a great job in my absence though ........

Gosh this weather is sooooooooooooooooo beautiful!!!

Re: Round Table Revisited

Forgot to tell you that I heard from Prim ..... she is flat out at the moment with lots of things happening in her world.  I was concerned about her in all those storms recently and wondered whether their gum tree might have taken a tumble but apparently not - thankfully.

We all need to take a break at times - to regroup - to focus on more important things - and sometimes just because .......

She knows she is missed and we will look forward to her return when things ease up a bit for her.
