Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

Famous last words Deb.  So far it's not too bad 😄

Morning everyone. Sunny but cold here today but plenty of light so a good painting day.  First I have to get down to Bunnings.  I need some more of those little paint rollers before I can start another one.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning Ladies Smiley Happy

Good result for your OH and your Dad then Deb!

Hope you and Flashie manage to stay warm today - the forecasts are not 'pretty'

Cold here this morning but high blue sky and sunshine - not complaining.

Is this the last door j*oono?  It has been a long haul for you Smiley Surprised

Didn't give up on the tennis last night after all - great result

'Waving not drowning' in paperwork today in prep for some heavy duty meetings next week.  Will be glad when they are over- retirement is tempting but not an option at least until these current projects come to fruition.

Hopefully catch up tonight

Re: Round Table Revisited

Well I survived the sleepover..4.15am Nanny is it time to get up...no it`s still dark go back to sleep....yap yap yap for nearly 3/4 of an hour...she was tired but determined to stay awake..in the end she started to cry...mummy daddy....so I said sshhh you will wake the fairies outside my window and they will get angry and jump on all my flowers and make noises..thinking she said do the fairies come to my place and half asleep I said no only here..I told her when the moon goes to sleep he picks them all up and takes them away so the sun can come up...smart cookie says the moon doesn`t have arms!!..lol anyway she must have thought about it and finally went back to sleep...5.30am Nanny is it time to get up??she woke Oscar up so I thought loo for her and loo for the dog..finally back to bed we went to sleep...7.30am I get up get myself a cup of coffee relax and damn I got a message on my mobile which of course is in the bedroom and woke her up...of course it was her mother wondering how she was & that she was missing her!!So take her home this morning have lunch and now excited that she wants to come back again...Jack has stayed before and goes straight to sleep...not my chatterbox promptly nicknamed..me thinksSmiley Very Happy

Re: Round Table Revisited

cute! But you might need a nanna nap today. Maybe she was over excited about staying at nanna's for the first time, and sleeping in a different bed. She might let you get more sleep next time Nic

Re: Round Table Revisited

I can imagine what it's like trying to sleep on Christmas eve.  I suppose like it was at my place when the boys were little.

I think Nannadom can wait a little bit longer for me 😄

Re: Round Table Revisited

Joono.............our youngest daughter is still like that now.........and she is all grown up......she still is the first one up on Christmas and couldn't down to her birthday.

I am looking forward to Christmas with our two youngest grandchildren..............they will be 4 and 5.........the magical age......................the older three are a bit past Santa but love Christmas..........................(who am I kidding...........I still love Christmas)

It was an amazingly calm day here today................... ..so I spent the day in the garden............all tidy again.

Went to have the lasagne for tea......................and guess what..................the fairies had been in the fridge and ate it................just as well the fairies were out with their mates for a night on the town.......................(good grief.............if it is not nailed down they eat everything here.)
