Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

My guinea pigs saw daylight for the first time this week...............it has been so cold I have kept them covered.

I don't think they mind though...........they spend most of their time hiding anyway.

I have decided not to but the grandchildren many clothes for Christmas this year............they seem to have so many anyway.

Our eldest grand daughter wanted a Kathmandu jacket for Christmas...............gee we nearly had to mortgage the house to pay for it...............Cat Very Happy

Re: Round Table Revisited

Was it one of those duck down jackets Flashie? They are very expensive.  Are they trendy these days for teens?  I suspect I would look a bit like the Michelin man in one of those.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Yep.........a purple puffer jacket.............EVERYONE is wearing them apparently.............Cat LOL

I have no problem if that is what she wants.............she knows how much we spend on her for Christmas..........and if she chooses it to be on one item so be it..............Cat Wink

We have a big challenge here today ................brother verses sister for 5 huge freckles.................3 and 4 times tables.................her brother beat her last week ............and she did not like it.............so I somehow think they may both pass them today...........and move onto the next ones.

They have 48 sums to do with the tables in 2 minutes................and then they add their 3 times table score with their 4 times table score and whoever has the highest score wins this week....................they love it.........especially if I can get one of their Uncles to do it too............(they love it more when one of the Uncles get one wrong)

Re: Round Table Revisited

I have never had any success with camellias.............I always seem to kill them.

I had best go and get ready for the grandchildren arriving after school.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Beautiful.

Do you remember that Camellia I used once in the photo challenge?  It was like a dead tree and it suddenly bloomed just one flower.  This is it today.

Excuse the long grass and weeds.  Remember, this part of the garden is no mans land 😄

Re: Round Table Revisited

oh wow that's come along nicely Joono

Flashie, you would think they'd like your cooler weather, I've lost quite a few over the past few years during our hot summers, which makes me think Joono, that you've put a lot of work into that one... Well done to you!

Re: Round Table Revisited

No, I haven't put in any work.  It's just a good spot for them.  There is plenty of shade there.  There is another camellia next to it that I prefer but it doesn't seem to flower anywhere near as profusely over the last few years.  It was broken by the wind and seems to struggle since then.
