Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

some music to start the day Laney

a big win for the Tigers yesterday, though we weren't able watch it and dinner out with friends at Punjabi restaurant in Johnston St  Fitzroy last night. Couldn't ask for much more. I'm sure that Tony got some of the actors for his little film from that restaurant. anyway, Life is good

Re: Round Table Revisited

Morning everyone.  Another bright and sunny Sunday so far.  I was in the garden this morning and noticed that something has eaten all of the flower buds from the top of my everlasting daisies and all of the leaves too.  All that is left is thin spindly stems.  That's a pain as they all looked like they were soon to flower.  I wonder if it was snails after all of that rain.

One good thing though is that all of the snowdrop bulbs I planted are shooting.  I need to get out there and weed now as it will be harder to spray with all the new stuff.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning Ladies

Great result for your boys Deb!  We have a challenging match on today.  Friends are huge North Melbourne supporters and whilst they generally barrack for the Dockers - no so today Smiley LOL

I had plans to go into the office and continue my battle with the photocopier in there but have decided (having been talked into it here at home) to postpone it until later in the day.  That might be further postponed until tomorrow after all it is not a first world problem like the match is today Smiley Frustrated

Looking like a lovely day here with a few more nice ones to come - hopefully will fit in some time in the outdoors.

Wave that scarf today j*oono!!

GO DOCKERS!!!!!

Re: Round Table Revisited

I have one very excited son here...............he is off over seas tomorrow............he can't wipe the smile off his face.....................it is nice to see............he is a man who keeps how he feels to himself most of the time.

I plan on painting his bedroom while he is gone.............I think it might take one week at least to pack his stuff up............he was suppose to do it before he left............but that doesn't seem to have happened.

I was contacted of Facebook by my natural mothers sister............I am excited.............but nervous at the same time..................she gave me her number................I want to ring...............but I need to think about this................is it the right thing to do after all these years...........................I have had no contact with my natural mother in nearly 30 years.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Exciting news all around in your household Flashie.  Where is your son off to?  Mine is back on Tuesday and he will need a holiday to get over his holiday.

It's really nice that your Auntie contacted you.  No advice there but do what is right for you and not what is the right thing to do.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Well one very happy son has left the building.

Our youngest son would never admit it but he is going to miss him...............the age gap is about 7 years between the boys but they really are each others best friend.............(not like our girls who seem to have a competitive relationship)

I have already stripped his bedroom ready for painting.
