Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Not for long Deb.

Laney is quiet.  I hope she wasn't swallowed up by the office photo copier.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Morning everyone.  It is so close to spring now Deb.  Four more days.  I really noticed it when I wondered outside this morning.  There is a real feeling of spring in the air even though we are supposed to get some showers today.

Can you believe it's Friday again?

Re: Round Table Revisited

We got another message from our travelling son...........it said..............Hi Mum.......I'm fine........Cat LOL

Rotten windy weather here today.............glad we went for our walk earlier today.

When I went shopping on Wednesday I saw this guy walk into the supermarket and go down the drinks isle..........he reach up and grabbed a bottle of cordial off the top shelf............opened it and drank about half of it............put it back on the shelf...............and walked out of the store.

It all happened within a minute or so...............and he was gone.

I went up to the service desk and told them what I had seen..................they went and got the bottle off the shelf and thanked me for telling them...............she said I would be surprised with some of the things they see.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Hi Flashie.

It's shocking really isn't it.  Just watch out if you buy something in a box that the box isn't empty.  Usually you would know but I bought one of those little boxes of Claratyne and when I went to have one at home I found the box was empty.  I told the checkout girl the next day and she said it happens all the time and I should have taken the box back for a refund because they know I'm a regular customer.

I think they have changed the packaging now so you can't steal the contents so easily.

Hi mum I'm fun LOL.  Typical male.  Is he doing facebook?

Re: Round Table Revisited

Evening folks

Just in from work following a hectic week exacerbated by this vertigo which does not seem to want to leave me.

Sounds like sliding doors in here with one son arriving back from o/s and another leaving ........ sounds like they are having/have had fun though.

Managed to get a haircut this week - it was that or a violin.  It was lovely driving down to Safety Bay with all the roadside planting in bloom.  We are planning a day off in the next few weeks when the wildflowers should be really coming good up around Lancelin and inland from there.

Perfect day yesterday - today not so perfect with heavy rain on and off and the weekend looking much the same.  Could be good weather for watching .... guess what lol

Have a satchel not quite ready to post yet - have not forgotten - have just been a bit below par and have not finished off the job Smiley Frustrated  It will happen hopefully through the coming week.

Hope you have all had happy weeks whatever the weather.

Belated happy birthday Karen - managed to read back but not far - will do a bit later.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Evening Ladies and I would also like to wish a belated birthday to Karen & I hope you had a wonderful day.as you mature birthdays come along too fast..lol

Life is quite atm both daughters have gone to Tasmania for 3 days without spouses and children..good for them I say a bit more bonding wouldn`t go amiss..Maya had a sleepover last night with me(no 2) & everything was going well until 10.15pm when she screamed and screamed started kicking around and was very upset..tried everything to calm her but no success..in the end Melissa in her dressing gown came and picked her up..she is okay just a night terror but very distressing for her and me seeing her like that..

Geelong are playing tonight the dreaded magpies..imo it doesn`t really matter if we win cos if we are lucky to make the top 8 we will not last long..the last 9 years Geelong have played finals but I don`t think we will make it this year..

good luck to everyone else`s team for this weekend..
