Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

Eleven babies!  They are gorgeous.  The ones that are hanging around close to my place only have four.  They are growing up so quickly and they have doubled in size since the photo I took only a couple of weeks ago.

Our resident duck is still visiting the pool every day.  Yesterday when I went outside it started swimming towards me so it must get fed by people down at the council park lakes.  I fed it a little bit but not much because I don't know if bread is bad for them.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Apparently wood ducks nest in trees quite a distance from water and have to march their little broods down to the nearest lake or wetland as soon as they are old enough. This family was so well oranised. One parent was leading the way and the other bringing up the rear to make sure no-one got left behind.

Re: Round Table Revisited

You would need a bit of team organisation for a brood of eleven.

I am presuming our son meant 40 Celsius.

We are putting his bedroom back together slowly................I need to patch his doona...............I noticed it had a rip in it when I got it off the line.

I was contacted on Ancestry by a distant cousin with some information about my great great grandmother.............apparently she had a sister who was sent out here too.............another convict for my collection.........................(and another trip to the cemetery too..........Cat LOL)

Re: Round Table Revisited

due to our reputation of 4 seasons in one day, it wouldn't surprise me if we get rain later too. Rainfall was down here last month apparently.  As long as we don't run out of water over summer again like we did a few years ago... I hated that
