So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Morning everyone.  Hi Deb.  I woke up feeling happy about something and it took me a moment to remember what it was 😄

I'm out this morning too.  I brought my hairdresser appointment forward by a week.  A change of hairstyle in this week of changes.

Yesterday we had a "Farewell to Apollo Day".........................his fits became much worse and it was time.

The grandchildren were devistated.................I will miss him too...............but he had 14 wonderful years with our daughter and her family.

Our grandsons face says it all.

Aw.. That's sad Flashe, sorry to hear it, but t's the best for Apollo. Hard for the kids to understand though. 14 years isn't too bad an innings and he was lucky to have such a nice, caring family

A beautiful day here today.  The pity was that I had to spend it in the office ..... but on balance, every day is worthwhile.

Flashie - Restoration Australian on the ABC tonight is focusing on an old shop in Hobart.  Thought you might be interested.
