I'm kind of enjoying the peace and quiet around here atm... at home because everyone else is still asleep and on CS too, it's kind of nice

Your tree is absolutely beautiful Nics. I bet your neighbours are glad they have something so beautiful to look at each day.

There is definitely something about Spring and seeing the first blossoms that lifts the spirits.

We watched the final series of the Borgias last night in a 6 hour screening marathon. I enjoyed it but am glad we have finished, as watching the 3 series one after the other took up a lot of our spare rec time. 

I have to go shopping today, not a favourite activity but if I don't want to be nekkid this spring, shopping it is.

I watched a bit of the Borgia series but I just couldn't quite get into it- though I do like jeremy irons

at the moment my garden is filled with flowering blue-bells and forget-me nots (plus quite a few weeds)

the box hedge I grew myself from cuttings from another hedge in the garden - it took awhile for them to get going, but it worked
