Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

Very pretty Deb. I haven't seen bluebells since I was a child. From memory they used to be everywhere but now, not so much.

We have a bit of weeding to do too. I usually take a few weeks off early September to get the garden tidy and planted up for Christmas but as we have a lot of sad events at work, 4 family bereavements and a major brain op on a co-workers daughter, plus retirements and resignations, which have led to low staff levels, I cannot take any time off at the moment.

Re: Round Table Revisited

I even have a few pink blue-bells Prim ar should I call them pink- bells lol. They're nice but not as strong and hardy as the blue ones. I need to get out there and do some weeding too.

so sorry to hear you have all that going on atm Prim...  hard times. you must be under a lot of pressure at work too if you don't have enough staff.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Gosh, it is quite striking too. Grab a bit of it and go to a nursery, they will tell you what it is. Is it a nuisance because it grows too much?

Re: Round Table Revisited

it's deciduous and the leaves are are a nuisance, if you walk under the tree you get them all over you

I think it is this Prim

how it got here I don't know - our house is 115 years old. this tree must've been one of the early plantings. I must say i just haven't seen any other's around

Re: Round Table Revisited

If that is its correct name, Wiki tells me it is flowering at the wrong time of the year LOL

Whatever it is, it is very pretty but I think the gutters would not like it too much.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Not sure Deb. I speed read it LOL

I think you would have plumbing issues and a shed sitting a little askew by now if its roots were invading their surrounds.
