Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

Isn't it funny how some complain about what we talk about?

Plenty of other threads and also places for them to go and chat - as we have seen.

Some obviously like to see how long-standing friends interact with each other on a public forum Smiley Very Happy

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good evening Stringsters.

Just sitting here watching a snippet of a doco where OJ Simpson was interviewed for the Civil Case. They asked about marks on his wife's neck after viewing photos taken by police when she was once beaten up by him on an earlier occasion. She is black and blue and her neck is ringed with bruses. When asked if he had tried to strangle her, his reply was "I might have touched her neck". Now we know these monsters are always in denial and it is always everyone else's fault but the part that got me was,  he asked for a break from filming and then cursed in annoyance...I assume because he was being made feel uncomfortable and could not believe so much was being made of .... in his mind...so little.  Not one skerrick of remorse in that fellow. One wonders how anyone who had been part of a larger part of society for such a long time, could have hidden his true personality, as he must have.

It was a gross miscarriage of justice that he got off, but, if I remember rightly the case was badly mishandled by the police and his very expensive lawyer was able to exploit that.
