So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Good morning Stringsters. I had an early night too Deb. The heat sure saps energy.

It is almost getting too daunting to read the news each morning. So many terrible things happening. 

Still checking my inventory and only half way through but as it is cooler today, I might get through it faster.

I am off on a shopping trip with both of our daughters...........experience has shown me that runners are the correct choice for this..................

Hubby is in holidays...................yay!............(lets see if I am still thinking yay after 7 weeks.........)

Well I survived.

I even bought a couple of tshirts in Target.

They were only $4.00 each.

I thought they looked rather small so I measured them against another tshirt that was a size 14.

To get the same size I had to get an XXL.....................really..............a size 14 and XXL.......

I think all the sizes are smaller now Flashie. what used to be a 10 is now a 12   ( well, I'm sure of it anyway )

They were made in Bangladesh too...............so the sizing is smaller.

I hate dieting...............jsut saying.

but right now, think I'll make myself a coffee and something to eat
