Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

Hi Deb Smiley Happy

A very relaxing morning at the hairdressers - perfect ME time (should be more of it)

Did you find your Chrissy decorations today Deb?

Thanks for that link Flashie - I remember you gave it to us before but I had totally forgotten about it.  Hope J has it cos I know she likes that 'smashing ornaments' one too lol.  Will go and have a look when I finish this post.

One more deadline to meet - checked and found it had to be lodged by 10 December.  Got a fit of the horrors in case they meant before the clock ticked over to 10th December or by close of business 10 December Smiley Frustrated

Why don't they think to specify that?  Phoned them and can relax now - I have a few days grace - saves me having to go into the office today.

Expecting more computer problems in the morning - iinet seems to have been having a few 'issues' here in the West - so an early start for me.

Off to look at that link now Flashie - I might be like the man from Boston who never returned Smiley Surprised

Re: Round Table Revisited

Hi Laney, I fiddled around with solar light batteries a bit this morning-- waiting to see if I've fixed any, for the most part of the day I've been out though.

I did see something on the news this morning about WA's dead fish- they think it's an algae problem and not enough oxygen in the water.  Awful thing though

I did find those big bows i was looking for a year or so ago but because we've only put up a small tree , I can't use them this year

Re: Round Table Revisited

Deb, those solar lights can look great - hope you have managed to fix them.

Yes - the dead fish have been a concern.  The scientists need to find them as they are dying to establish exactly what the problem is.  There was a canola spill around the time they started but like you, I heard they have come down on the side of a microscopic algae causing oxygen starvation.

Loved those bows you used to use - your tree always looked divine.  Put them somewhere safe for next year lol

Re: Round Table Revisited

We have the last of this years birthdays today.

Our middle grandson is celebrating.

He got an electric guitar.............(what was his mother thinking)...........I love this boys to pieces.................but I doubt I will love the guitar after 6 weeks of him playing it here during the up coming school holiday...........Cat LOL

His two older cousins decided that they were going to join his band............(none of them have instruments other than the guitar.............could be an interesting band)

They can not decided on a name for their band...............every choice the boys made had the word poop in it...............(typical boys).............which horrified our eldest grand daughter.

She wants to call their band ...............sparkly brides...............(need I say they boys hated that)

I could not find today's new thing in the advent calendar...........did anyone else find it?

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good afternoon folks Smiley Happy

Gave myself an early mark!  One day to go tomorrow and then a weekend ..... ripper rita Smiley LOL

Glad you got at least one fixed Deb - batteries DO make a difference I hear ....

Flashie it is the letter box today - Day 10 - but I suspect you are busy having the birthday hat out again today.  An electric guitar?  Look on the bright side - it could have been a drum kit (something tells me there might already be one of those in your house though)
