Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good afternoon Ladies Smiley Happy

A lovely lazy day with perfect weather ........ not much more to add really

Hope all your arrangements for your Christmas celebrations are progressing well and without too much stress

I had to go to the supermarket for a couple of things and was really surprised how quiet it was.  I guess many people have already departed for their holiday homes or planned breaks.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Hi Laney, the shops aren't so quiet here, it's very hot too. They're tipping 40 degrees for Christmas Day here. I still have more shopping to do next week and tomorrow I plan to start clearing out the dining room. I've been using that room for eBay stuff 😀

bracing ourselves for a really hot one today, already I've lost quite a few plants in the garden. December is not usually this hot. the whole state is a tinderbox as rainfall has been low.

Good afternoon Deb

You poor things over there - was just reading about the bushfires and extreme heat.  I hope you are all able to find somewhere out of the heat ..... I am sure your furbabies will Smiley Happy

A few fires over here but thankfully our temps are really quite low - at least here in the south of the state.

We were going to a performance of The Messiah tonight at the concert hall but decided against it when I heard a clip of their previous performance of it.  Just didn't reach the heights of the Royal Choral Society at the Royal Albert Hall so decided to listen to it on youtube instead lol

The house is resounding with their voices at the moment ...... just divine.

Anyway - stay as cool as you can Deb

it was  a very hot night for trying to sleep Laney- today is hot with a strong northerly wind , we had a few fires yesterday but they managed to control them, the worry today is the wind whipping them up again
